Job Summary:

The QC Manager – Interior Design is responsible for overseeing and ensuring that all interior design works meet the required quality standards. The role involves inspecting materials, finishes, and on-site installations to ensure compliance with design intent, specifications, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control processes and checklists for all interior projects.
• Inspect materials, furniture, joinery, finishes, and installation works at various project stages.
• Coordinate with design, production, and project teams to ensure quality adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and document quality issues, defects, and deviations from design standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor workmanship and material quality.
• Approve samples and mock-ups before final implementation.
• Prepare and maintain QC reports, inspection checklists, and corrective action logs.
• Work closely with vendors and subcontractors to ensure material and work quality compliance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards during execution.
• Train site supervisors and installation teams on quality standards and inspection techniques.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of interior design materials, finishes, joinery, and site execution.
• Excellent understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Effective communication and documentation skills.
• Leadership and team coordination ability.
• Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO preferred).

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in quality control within interior design, fit-out, or construction projects.
• Experience in high-end commercial, retail, or residential interiors preferred.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: 35K - 60K

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
