QC Supervisor

• Supervise and oversee overall quality inspection activities across the production line.
• Coordinate the QC team by scheduling and assigning tasks effectively throughout the production process.
• Verify and monitor the implementation and compliance of CCP, OPRP, PRP, SOP, SSOP, GMP, and GHP.
• Ensure all production operations comply with HACCP, FSSC 22000, Halal, and Dubai Municipality regulations.
• Verify that all products meet legal, customer, and company quality specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process, and finished products to ensure compliance to established quality standards.
• Monitor temperature, packaging integrity, labeling accuracy, and storage conditions in both production and cold storage areas.
• Perform organoleptic (sensory) evaluations of products.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date QC records, including inspection reports and online monitoring records.
• Identify and report any deviations or non-conformities during production to the QA Manager.
• Monitor employee hygiene, sanitation practices, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Inspect production, storage, and dispatch areas to ensure hygiene &sanitation.
