Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

. Design and implement comprehensive test strategies for ML models and AI-powered applications
. Develop automated testing frameworks for model validation, including accuracy, fairness, and performance metrics
. Evaluate ML model quality through data validation, feature engineering verification, and prediction quality assessment
. Create and maintain test datasets, including edge cases and adversarial examples
. Monitor model performance in production and detect model drift, data drift, and degradation
. Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to establish quality gates and deployment criteria
. Implement CI/CD pipelines for ML models with automated testing and validation
. Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to validate model improvements
. Document testing methodologies, quality metrics, and best practices

Required Qualifications

. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field
. 3+ years of experience in quality engineering or software testing
. 3+ years of hands-on experience with machine learning projects
. Strong programming skills in Python and testing frameworks (pytest, unittest)
. Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
. Understanding of ML concepts: supervised/unsupervised learning, model evaluation metrics, overfitting, bias-variance tradeoff
. Knowledge of data validation and data quality assessment techniques
. Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD tools

Preferred Qualifications

. Master's degree in relevant field
. Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker)
. Familiarity with model monitoring and observability tools
. Knowledge of fairness, bias detection, and responsible AI practices
. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
. Understanding of distributed systems and big data technologies

Technical Skills

. Testing tools and frameworks
. ML model evaluation and validation
. Statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
. Performance testing and benchmarking
. Data pipeline testing
. API testing for ML services
. Model explainability tools (SHAP, LIME)
