We have an exciting new role as QESH Manager to lead Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety (QEHS) programs within our Bahrain production site. In this role, the successful candidate will ensure compliance with QEHS regulations, drive continuous improvement in QEHS performance, and foster a culture of safety, quality, and environmental stewardship, aligning QEHS initiatives with the organization's strategic goals.
How Would You Make An Impact In This Role

Develop, implement, and continuously improve QEHS policies, procedures, and management systems.

Continuously work closely with markets to resolve quality issues

Educate and coach stakeholders on quality procedures and guidelines

Maintain strong CORNERSTONES engagement on site

Ensure compliance with local and international QEHS regulations and standards.

Conduct regular QEHS audits, inspections, and risk assessments.

Lead, coach, and develop the QEHS team to achieve high performance.

Drive continuous improvement in QEHS performance through strategic initiatives.

Collaborate with other departments to support QEHS objectives and integrate best practices.

Develop and deliver comprehensive QEHS training programs.

Monitor, analyze, and report on QEHS performance metrics and trends.

Manage relationships with external auditors, regulatory agencies, and industry bodies.
What You Will Need To Be Successful

Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field.

Ideally 7-10+ years of experience in QEHS management, preferably within FMCG or manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of QEHS regulations, standards, and best practices.

Excellent leadership and people management skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management abilities.

Proficiency in QEHS management software and tools.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
