We're hiring QHSE Executive
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inspection of the facility, daily GEMBA of the facility, and monitoring of cleaning and maintenance of the facility.
- Temperature monitoring of facility and record keeping.
- Assist manager QSHE in compiling various QSHE reports
- Keeping track of CAPA, Accident incidents, PTW, etc.
- Report, record, and investigate any incident or accident taking place in the facility
- Conduct safety training to ensure all staff members are aware of safety protocols and have enough knowledge to perform their work in a safe manner
- Random Compliance checks on products received, stored and dispatched
- Coordination with clients on SHE matters.
- Develop and share the KPI with the client as per their agreed time frame
- Monthly Inspection and monitoring of the equipment and facility (Cleaning, Maintenance, and QSHE concerns)
- Assist in implementing QMS procedures such as internal audits, risk management, etc.
- Site inspection relevant to fire and safety
- Perform any other task as assigned by the management.
- Assist in Safety Health and Environment audits and visits.
- Develop and maintain internal processes related to EHS to ensure the safety of all employees.
- Train, coach, and mentor the business in Quality & HSE compliance and industry best practices.
- Develop and implement an effective system for communication, containment, root-cause corrective action, and continuous improvement to prevent recurrence of QHSE deficiencies
- Assist the preparation of Standard Operating Procedures Specifications and guides to perform method development
- Demonstrate technical proficiency in compliance obligation and adherence to cGMP.
- Investigate adverse events/ incidents/deviations and prepare a complete report with CAPA.
Professional Competencies:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharma or Science and any related field
- Must be NEBOSH IGC Qualified
- 3+ years of hands-on experience:
- Implementing and leading HSE Programs in 3PL Pharmaceutical projects.
- Successfully managing, interacting, and negotiating with customer and Industry regulators regarding HSE
- Preferably certification in QMS, EMS, OHSMS, and social compliance.
- Ideally, with experience in commercial Quality, EHS function with Pharmaceutical and FMCG clients, experience in 3PL will be preferred.
- Preferable to have knowledge of cGMP, Drug law, Shop and establishment, Factories Act, OHS regulations, QMS, and EMS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, able to work flexible schedules on short quick notice
