We are currently seeking a qualified and proactive QHSE Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards while promoting a zero-incident culture across project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Quality Management

• Prepare and implement Inspection Test Plans (ITP) and Project Quality Plans (PQP).
• Develop Method Statements, work procedures, and QA/QC documentation.
• Conduct inspections and maintain quality dossiers for project compliance.

🔹 Health, Safety & Environment

• Monitor site activities to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with site safety plans and HSE regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety awareness sessions.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safety procedures.

🔹 Audit & Reporting

• Conduct HSE orientations for employees and subcontractors.
• Prepare weekly / monthly HSE statistics and reports as per client requirements.
• Support internal and external audits and close NCRs / observations promptly.

🔹 Operational Excellence

• Promote a safe working environment and support zero accident objectives.
• Participate in HSE meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

✔ Degree or Diploma in Engineering / Technical Discipline

✔ Minimum 5+ years of relevant QHSE experience

✔ Experience in Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizer, or Wastewater Treatment industries

✔ Strong knowledge of Risk Assessment, JSA/JHA, Incident Investigation, and HSE Audits

✔ Familiarity with QA/QC systems, Method Statements, and industry standards

✔ Strong communication and reporting skills

Preferred Certifications:

✔ NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA / Relevant HSE Certifications

✔ Internal Auditor Certifications (advantageous)
