Qlik Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Qlik Developer with 4–5 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Qlik development, data modeling, and reporting, with the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective dashboards and insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Qlik
• Develop and optimize Qlik scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)
• Build and manage data models to support reporting requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements
• Perform data validation and ensure accuracy and consistency of reports
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data, performance, and visualization
• Optimize dashboards for performance and usability
• Ensure adherence to BI best practices and governance standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Qlik (Qlik Sense / QlikView)
• Strong expertise in Qlik scripting, data modeling, and set analysis
• Good understanding of data warehousing concepts (facts, dimensions, star schema)
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation
• Experience in developing interactive dashboards and reports
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to other BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or MicroStrategy is a plus
• Familiarity with ETL tools and data pipelines
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Ability to work independently and within a team
