Role

Quality Management System (QMS) – AS9100 Focus
- Maintain, implement, and improve the AS9100-certified Quality Management System.
- Develop, update, and control QMS documentation (procedures, work instructions, quality manual, process flows).
- Conduct internal audits and support external/customer audits.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor, measure, and report QMS performance indicators.
- Ensure compliance with customer-specific quality requirements and flowdowns.
- Track and interpret applicable regulatory, statutory, and customer requirements.
- Support the organization in achieving and sustaining industry certifications.
- Facilitate training and awareness sessions for employees on QMS and integrated management system requirements.

Work closely with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain) to ensure process compliance.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Industrial / Quality / related discipline).
- 2–5 years of experience in Quality / QMS engineering, preferably in aerospace, defense, or precision manufacturing industries.
- Proficiency in AS9100 QMS;
- Knowledge on ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001 will be an advantage.
- Experience in internal auditing and handling third-party certification audits.
- Strong understanding of quality tools & methodologies (FMEA, 8D, PDCA, Lean, Six Sigma basics).
- Excellent documentation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Auditor certification in AS9100/ISO 9001 preferred.
- Knowledge of NADCAP, ITAR/EAR, or other aerospace-specific requirements is an advantage.
