QMS Management Trainee Officer

• Standard Compliance: Assist in maintaining and updating ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001) and industry-specific certifications.
• Documentation Management: Control and archive Quality Manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Work Instructions.
• Internal Auditing: Conduct regular floor audits to identify non-conformities and track Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Process Improvement: Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and suggest Lean or Six Sigma initiatives to reduce rejection rates.
• Training: Facilitate workshops for factory staff on hygiene, safety, and quality protocols.

Feature Requirement

Education Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or Quality Management.

Analytical Skills Proficiency in data analysis (Excel/Minitab) and root cause analysis.

Soft Skills Strong communication, attention to detail, and a "quality-first" mindset.

Knowledge Basic understanding of TQM, Kaizen, or 5S methodologies.
