Internal audits management (System and Manufacturing Process Audits)
Manage internal audits planning in a digital platform (in case if additional customer requirements exist, then customer requirements shall apply in addition to YEMEA requirements)
Communicate IA plan to the location management.
Adopt the OSA approach and digital tools to conduct the internal process and system audits at the affiliates.
Manage the internal audit with all affiliates’ management and staff within your scope.
Coordinate root cause analysis and actions definition.
Action plan follow-up & actions effectiveness evaluation.
Ensure 'Internal auditors matrix is prepared, in place and up to date.
Support other locations for internal audits.
Perform auditor evaluation on a yearly basisInternal Documents Management
Control local documentation creation, upload (e.g.procedures, instructions etc.).
Ensure internal documents are not created for the items which can be captured in Y-EMEA standards (EOS - QMS experts are responsible for creation of related QMS documents only, and for control of all documentation in the affiliate as appropriate).
Assure local affiliate documents are updated and controlled according Y-EMEA rules in terms of numbering, revision level, distribution and retention period.
Assure the changes of QMS (internal audits results, new/ updated internal documentation) are documented and communicated.Y-EMEA Document management
Monitor the implementation of new/updated Y-EMEA process standards within affiliate in line with Customer Specific and IATF requirements.
Capture the evidences from location CF about implemented new/ revised YEMEA documentation.
Verify if Y-EMEA latest process standards are implemented effectively (Verification through internal audits).
Identify the gaps in process documentation during internal audits.IATF & Customer Specific Requirements
Analyze the IATF 16949 rules / specification, their changes and integration within the QMS
Analyze new / updated CSR
Collect the feedbacks from affected CF’s within their responsibility and fill in the CSR and IATF matrix in the EOSappIATF findings from other locations (in own location / locations)
Deploy in EOS app all external IATF audits non conformities to the respective location(s).
Verify if IATF findings from other locations occur in the locations under your responsibility (fill in the results in the EOSapp).
Implement lessons learned, standardization and YOKOTEN.External IATF audits and Customer Audits
IATF audit preparation & status follow up in collaboration with QMS lead.
Demonstrate in external IATF the added value, effectiveness and efficiency of the internal audit programs.
Manage together with QMS Leads IATF reports and non conformities in terms of action management, collect and prepare evidences with related affiliate management and staff.
Support customer audits (EOS topics) and follow up of NCs (EOS) (when requested).Reporting
Assure internal audits reporting on time.
Assure EOS MR timely reporting.Training
Perform training session for their locations regarding Documents Control, QMS (e.g. YEMEA KPM, Risks & Opportunities, Interested parties etc.), CSR for new hired membersSupport
