QNPS Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver NPS / IVVF Binning for assigned Vehicle Lines and ensure high level of accuracy.
• Prepare Data Analysis Reports, Binning reports & management review materials for biweekly reviews meetings.
• Organize and conduct biweekly review meetings with respective functional leads.
• Gather feedback from stakeholders to refine binning processes and opportunity for improvement.
• Ensure the accuracy of all analytical outputs and reports.
• Stay updated with the latest analytical tools, techniques, and industry best practices.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for process improvements and automation within the NPS analysis framework.
• Support cross functional efforts to ensure project success and alignment with organizational goals.
• Follow quality control measures and take corrective actions.
• Deliver Operational efficiency actions.

Candidate Specification

Education Qualification : Graduate in Engineering / Diploma in Automobile

Number of Years of Experience : 0-4 Years

Professional Exposure : Preferred Knowledge in Automobile, Manufacturing Process, Features, Functionality & basic knowledge in Quality tools & Problem Solving Methods.

Skill & Knowledge requirement :

• Proficient in MS Office Software – PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Demonstrate understanding of Ford Quality Metrics – NPS, Warranty, J.D. Power etc.
• Added advantage of knowing any of following applications and Technology like
  • Alteryx, GCP, Qlik sense, Advanced Excel (Incl. VBA)

Deliverables

• A well-organized database or spreadsheet containing categorized verbatim from NPS and IVVF surveys.
• Deliver Verbatim binning monthly target requirements
• Support NPS binning precision model and deliver key projects.
• Minutes of the meetings capturing key discussion points, decisions made, and action items, including responsibilities and deadlines.
• Written proposals for projects aimed at improving process efficiency, including objectives, scope, and expected outcomes.
