Requirements


Education:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in operations or production management, preferably in entertainment, hospitality, or theme park environments.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
  • Proficiency with operational software and Microsoft Office suite.
