QS & Billing Engineer

Job Title
QS Billing Engineer (Civil)

Roles & Responsibilities
1. On Time Bill Closure in co-ordination with execution team and purchase.
2. Gross Level Checking of Executed work at Site with WO rate verification and escalation & de-escalation verification.
3. ERP Process - Abstracts approvals for Engineering Bills, payment certificate submission, issue inventory verification while abstract approval, outstanding retention & outstanding advance review, debit note recovery.
4. Billing Tracker Follow ups and Review for engineering & purchase bills.
5. Pending GST Follow ups with Contractor and necessary details to be provided to Contractors.
6. Periodical site visit for verifying the actual vs billed qty and reconciliation of materials consumption.
7. MIS- Budget VS Actual
8. Record maintenance for bill tracking
9. Co-ordination with execution for bills correction, payment updates, collection of bills and checklists
10. Verification of bills compared with terms and conditions, conditions of contract while audit the bills.
11. Reconcile the material consumption.

Qualification
BE Civil / Diploma Civil

Experience
3+ years as QS Billing (In government projects) or Residential Property Developers industries

Work Location
Head office: Alwarpet / Ashok Nagar Chennai / Navalur / Neelabur
Need to travel various places in and around Chennai region.
