QS & Billing Engineer

• Prepare quantities take-off, BOQs, rate analysis, and cost estimation for projects.
• Responsible for preparation, checking, and submission of client bills as per contract conditions.
• Verification and certification of subcontractor/vendor bills against work executed at site.
• Monitor project cost, prepare cost variance reports, and highlight deviations.
• Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to validate executed work quantities.
• Maintain proper documentation for measurements, RA (Running Account) bills, and final bills.
• Support in budget preparation, tendering, and contract administration.
• Ensure timely submission of invoices and follow-up for payment realization.
• Prepare reconciliation statements for materials, cement, steel, and other major items.
• Support project audits and provide required billing documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, project contract clauses, and statutory requirements.
• Strong knowledge of Quantity Surveying, Billing, and Contracts.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software (SAP, Primavera, ERP tools).
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Ability to interpret drawings, contracts, and specifications.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented and process-driven.

Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 4-7years of experience as a QS/Billing Engineer in construction/infrastructure projects.
• Experience in infrastructure projects preferred.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
