QS Billing Specialist (2-4 Years Experience) CIVIL

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented QS Billing Specialist to join our team. If you have 2 to 4 years of experience in billings and invoicing for government projects, we want to hear from you!

As part of our growing team, you will play a key role in handling all aspects of billing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with government standards. Your strong attention to detail and experience in managing construction project costs will be critical to the successful completion of our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage billing for government contracts/projects.
• Verify quantities, project progress, and compliance with contract terms.
• Review and process subcontractor invoices, ensuring accuracy.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all billing documents.
• Assist with project cost forecasting and budgeting.
• Liaise with project managers and clients regarding billing inquiries.
• Ensure all billing activities comply with relevant government regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in QS Billing or a similar role.
• Proven experience with government project billing.
• Familiarity with cost estimating and contract management.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and relevant billing software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
