Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (QS) – Construction

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs, prepare estimates, handle billing, and ensure effective cost control throughout the construction lifecycle. The candidate will work closely with project managers, site engineers, and vendors to ensure projects are completed within budget and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates
• Review drawings and specifications for accurate costing
• Prepare and verify client bills and subcontractor bills
• Monitor project budgets and control costs
• Handle rate analysis and price comparisons
• Manage contracts, variations, and change orders
• Track material consumption and site expenses
• Coordinate with site teams for work progress and measurements
• Prepare weekly/monthly cost reports and MIS
• Ensure compliance with company and client standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 3–8+ years of experience in construction/project sites (interior or civil preferred)
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, billing, and rate analysis
• Proficiency in MS Excel and billing software
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

• Knowledge of contracts and tendering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹373,085.16 - ₹992,630.57 per year
