QS Estimation Engineer(MEP)

Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP systems

Accurately measure and quantify all MEP materials, equipment, and components from design drawings, specifications, and tender documents.

Analyze project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to identify scope and cost impacts.

Obtain and analyze quotations from subcontractors and suppliers for all MEP materials and systems.

Review and interpret tender documents and highlight technical and commercial risks.

Monitor actual vs. estimated costs and report deviations or cost overruns.

Strong understanding of MEP systems, drawings, and design standards.

Proficiency in estimation and costing software.

Knowledge of tendering procedures and contractual terms.
