- Analyze and understand tender drawings, specifications, and the basis of design to accurately define project scope and identify key cost factors.
- Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates based on tender documents; raise technical and commercial queries where necessary to clarify scope and ensure accuracy.
- Issue inquiries, evaluate quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize agreements with subcontractors and suppliers in line with project requirements and budget constraints.
- Attend meetings with designers, consultants, and contractors to align on scope, design intent, and commercial considerations throughout the tender and project stages.
- Monitor project costs against budgets, prepare regular cost reports, and support value engineering efforts to ensure financial efficiency throughout project delivery.
