Qs Head

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated QS Head to lead our Quantity Surveying team within the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quantity surveying, cost estimation, and financial management for our diverse range of construction projects. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the quantity surveying department, ensuring effective team performance.
• Oversee the preparation of detailed cost estimates and budgets for various construction projects.
• Conduct regular financial assessments and risk analysis to identify and mitigate potential cost overruns.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to ensure that cost control measures are implemented throughout all phases of the projects.
• Negotiate and manage contractual agreements with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with legal standards and organizational policies.
• Provide expert guidance and recommendations on procurement strategies and financial management issues.
• Prepare and present regular financial reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost management within the construction industry.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
