Qualification Specialist (Remote – 1099 | Inside Sales / Client Intake)

$17/hour or Commission (whichever is HIGHER) | Remote | Uncapped Earnings | Paid Training

ACA Group is seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Qualification Specialists. This is a remote 1099 opportunity working with opt-in leads only.

ACA Group is a BBB-accredited company that helps individuals legally cancel unwanted timeshare contracts and eliminate long-term financial obligations. You will be speaking with prospects who have already expressed interest in our services.

Schedule

• Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Arizona local time)
• Includes required training and occasional schedule flexibility

What You’ll Do

• Speak with inbound and outbound opt-in leads by phone
• Qualify prospects using a structured conversation process
• Schedule consultations with senior advisors
• Follow up to confirm appointments and reduce no-shows
• Accurately document interactions in a CRM
• Participate in training and team meetings

Compensation

• $17/hour (1099) guaranteed each week
• Commission replaces hourly pay when higher
• Uncapped earning potential
• Paid weekly
• Top performers earn $2,000+ per week

• Prior experience in sales, client intake, or call center preferred

• Reliable internet and quiet work environment
• Ability to commit to scheduled hours and training
