Qualified Electrician

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled, experienced/approved and dedicated Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across various projects. The applicant must have; at least 5-10 years of experience in domestic/ and or commercial settings, have completed all qualifications with certification, must drive their own vehicle, and own all tools.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, systems, and equipment in accordance with safety regulations and technical specifications.
• Diagnose electrical faults using appropriate tools and techniques, then carry out repairs efficiently.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams to execute installation and maintenance tasks accurately.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete electrical work.
• Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues before they lead to failures or hazards.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople and project managers to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspections carried out for compliance purposes.

Experience

• Proven experience as an Electrician within domestic or commercial settings.
• Demonstrable knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices.
• Proficiency in using hand tools , as well as power tools
• Electrical experience involving wiring installation, troubleshooting, testing and system repairs is essential.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail. This position offers an engaging work environment where your skills will be valued and developed further.

Pay: £28,884.09-£50,000.00 per year
