Key Responsibilities:

• Installation:
• Install new HVAC systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
• Ensure installations meet safety codes and manufacturer specifications.
• Maintenance & Repair:
• Perform regular maintenance, inspections, and servicing of HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues such as refrigerant leaks, motor malfunctions, and faulty thermostats.
• Repair and replace components like compressors, heat exchangers, coils, and air handlers.
• System Diagnostics:
• Use diagnostic tools to identify system issues and recommend repairs or replacements.
• Ensure systems are running efficiently and within manufacturer guidelines.
• Customer Service:
• Communicate with customers to explain service issues and recommend solutions.
• Provide education on proper system maintenance for customers.
• Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with all local and national building codes and safety regulations.
• Keep accurate records of service calls, work performed, and parts used.
• Emergency Services:
• Respond to emergency HVAC repair requests, including after-hours service as required.
• Teamwork:
• Work closely with other technicians and service personnel to achieve team objectives.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current on HVAC technologies.

Qualifications:

• Education & Certification:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Formal HVAC training from an accredited program (e.g., technical school, apprenticeship).
• Valid HVAC certification or license (e.g., EPA 608 Certification, NATE Certification).
• Current driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience:
• Minimum of [X] years of experience as an HVAC Technician.
• Experience with residential, commercial, and/or industrial HVAC systems preferred.
• Familiarity with refrigerants, electrical systems, and control systems.
• Skills & Knowledge:
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and tools.
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical customers.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR1,800.00 - QAR1,900.00 per month
