Job Summary:

Calabri Health LLC is seeking a compassionate and committed Qualified Mental Health Professional–Community Services (QMHP-CS) to join our team in the Fort Worth area. This is a full-time, 1099 independent contractor role focused on delivering community-based mental behavioral health services, including skills training, crisis intervention, case management, and supportive medication management under supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized community-based services including:
• Skills training
• Case management
• Crisis intervention
• Medication management support
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of all services provided.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients, families, and care team members.
• Submit detailed reports and treatment documentation in accordance with agency and state requirements.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach.
• Support clients in navigating behavioral health challenges and accessing appropriate resources.

Required Qualifications:

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in one of the following fields:

• Psychology
• Social Work
• Medicine
• Registered Nursing
• Rehabilitation
• Counseling
• Sociology
• Human Growth and Development
• Physician Assistant
• Gerontology
• Special Education
• Educational Psychology
• Early Childhood Education

Additional Requirements:

• Ownership of a laptop or computer suitable for documentation and telehealth.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations within the Fort Worth area.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Timely documentation and electronic records management.

Location Requirement:

Applicants must reside in or near the Fort Worth Area to effectively serve clients in the area.

Working Conditions:

This is a field-based hybrid contractor position with flexibility for both in-person and remote service delivery.
While contractors manage their own schedules, some evening, weekend, or on-call availability may be beneficial based on client needs.
Local travel throughout the Fort Worth area is required.

Compensation:

This is a 1099 contract position. Pay ranges from $18.00 to $25.00 per billable hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
