Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP)
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to support individuals and families as they build stability, independence, and meaningful daily routines. This role focuses on practical, relationship-driven support delivered in real-life settings, helping clients strengthen skills that promote long-term wellness and success.
Responsibilities
- Provide skill-building and support services to individuals with mental health needs
- Assist clients with daily living skills, health and safety awareness, social skills, and emotional regulation
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
- Collaborate with families, providers, and community partners to support continuity of care
- Connect clients to local resources including healthcare, employment, education, and support services
- Respond to crises as needed and provide ongoing support
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical and billing documentation
- Participate in supervision, team meetings, and required trainings
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field (required)
- Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of one year of mental health experience with children, adolescents, and/or families
- Must meet Virginia requirements for QMHP and maintain active registration with the Department of Health Professions

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record
- Flexible schedule and availability for crisis response as needed
- CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Successful completion of background checks and required trainings
- PPD/TB Test

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
