Qualified Sales Expert - Testing Inspection Certification Sector

We are expanding our team and looking for a qualified sales expert to support our operations in Dubai.

Job Description

Develop and implement effective sales strategies and set achievable goals.

Present, promote, and sell the company's related services to meet and exceed customer needs and expectations.

Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

Conduct thorough market research to identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels such as calls, emails, and direct marketing.

Proactively search for and establish new customer accounts, expanding the company's client base.

Accurately submit orders through the company’s CRM system, ensuring all details are correct and complete.

Regularly meet with clients at their facilities to maintain relationships, provide support, and seek referrals for potential new business.

Guide clients through the entire sales process, providing clear and accurate information, and ensuring all necessary documents and test reports are collected and submitted correctly.

Negotiate prices and terms of agreements with clients, preparing and sending invoices in a timely manner

Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.

Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsible for timely and accurate revenue collection in alignment with company policies and client agreements.

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

Identify new business opportunities and developments to contribute to company growth.

Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings to meet new clients and increase sales and revenue.

Qualifications and experiences

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

At least 2-3 years experience in sales, preferably within the testing, inspection, and certification (TIC) industry.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Valid UAE driving license

Strong analytical thinking and adept at solving complex problems.

Highly skilled in communication with strong interpersonal abilities

Willingness to travel frequently within the region.

Strong understanding of the local market and cultural nuances.

Energetic and self-motivated personality with a proactive approach to challenges

Advanced level of English.

Residency in UAE
