Quality Analyst

• A Quality Analyst is responsible for checking products, services, or processes to ensure they meet company and customer standards. Their main work is to find problems, suggest improvements, and make sure quality is maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and test products or services to make sure they meet quality standards.
• Find defects, errors, or issues and report them.
• Prepare and maintain quality reports and documents.
• Work with the production or development team to fix problems.
• Ensure processes follow company policies and industry standards.
• Suggest improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
• Follow safety, compliance, and regulatory guidelines.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of quality standards (ISO, Six Sigma, etc., if applicable).
• Good observation and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to use testing tools, checklists, or software.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer knowledge for reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
