About the Role

We are seeking a skilled quality analyst to join our growing team. The role involves ensuring the quality of software applications by conducting rigorous manual and automated testing, validating APIs, managing bugs via JIRA, and collaborating with developers and product teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA methodologies, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a detail-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Use JIRA for defect tracking, reporting, and test case management.
• Perform manual testing (UI, regression, functional, and integration).
• Conduct API testing (Postman, SoapUI, or similar tools).
• Validate data integrity and system stability through SQL queries and database validation.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.
• Maintain and update test suites as per project requirements.
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contributing QA insights and risk analysis.
• Prepare QA reports, dashboards, and defect analysis to improve software quality.

Mandatory Criteria (Screening Requirements)

• B.Tech / B.Sc with strong academics (70% and above preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance & software testing.
• 2–3 years of hands-on expertise with JIRA (bug tracking & test management).
• Proficiency in manual testing (UI, functional, regression, integration).
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI, etc.).
• Strong familiarity with SQL queries for database validation.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with automation testing (Selenium, JMeter, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of performance testing and reporting.

Pay: ₹15,478.02 - ₹38,894.06 per month
