Quality Analyst

#### **Job Overview:**
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced **QA Engineer** with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in software testing and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various testing methodologies and a passion for delivering high-quality software products. You will work closely with development teams to ensure that products meet business requirements, are free of defects, and are delivered on time.

#### **Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.).
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Ensure software is compliant with business requirements and quality standards.
- Create and maintain detailed testing documentation including test results and defect logs.
- Continuously improve testing strategies and processes.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings as part of the Agile development process.
- Provide feedback on usability and suggest enhancements to the development team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
