Position Overview

As a Quality Analyst at Pavans Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our digital products. You’ll collaborate closely with development, design, and project management teams to execute comprehensive testing, report issues, and drive continuous improvement—all within a creative and fast-paced environment

Qualification and requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science .
• 0–2 QA experience
• Manual testing expertise essential.
• Understanding of mobile (iOS/Android) and web app fundamentals.
• Basic familiarity with test case management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) preferred.
• Knowledge of API testing (Postman, REST API), regression testing, compatibility testing.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and clear documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute functional and regression testing across web, mobile, and IoT platforms.
• Write, execute, and maintain test cases and related documentation.
• Report bugs using structured tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, GitHub Issues) and work with developers to verify and ensure bug closure.
• Validate UI/UX flows against design standards and user journeys.
• Create test plans and testing strategies – primarily manual, with automation where applicable.
• Understand client requirements and acceptance criteria thoroughly and apply them in test flows.
• Identify cross-platform compatibility and performance issues.
• Proactively suggest improvements in testing processes and usability recommendations.
• Prepare QA metrics and reports – such as defect density, test coverage, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
