Position: Quality Analyst
Location: 66, Upper-Ground Floor, Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase - III, New Delhi - 110020

Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of crucial tasks including manual testing (including both frontend and backend), processing documents through detailed data annotation, providing email support to users facing any issues, and maintaining the integrity of our database by updating and removing invalid links. Additionally, you will handle miscellaneous tasks as they arise, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Banking-grade security in a working environment with limited access to mobile phones while working. A detailed background check will be done as per banking standards.

Responsibilities:

● Process documents by accurately annotating data to ensure quality and precision.

● Provide timely and effective email support to users experiencing difficulties.

● Perform day-to-day manual testing, including both frontend and backend testing.

● Clean and update the database by removing invalid links and ensuring the accuracy and relevance of the information.

● Perform various additional tasks as required, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in any field; a technical background is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate academic excellence.

● Proficiency in written English, with strong logical reasoning abilities.

● Knowledge of GPT-based prompts.

● Experience in backend testing is preferred.

● Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

● Candidates must be based in Delhi NCR.

● Fast and accurate typing skills.

● An exceptional focus on detail, ensuring quality in all tasks.

● Logical Reasoning: Strong logical reasoning abilities to understand and interpret data effectively.

● Proven ability to communicate data insights in a clear and concise manner.
