Quality Analyst

Job Title: Quality Analyst – Training & Process

Company: Detailing Bull

Role Purpose

To ensure service quality by managing end-to-end processes and setting up structured training for all departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and monitor end-to-end business processes and SOPs
• Identify training needs for each department and create step-by-step training plans
• Conduct new joinee training (1–2 days)
• Train teams on car industry basics and Detailing Bull services
• Plan refresher training for existing employees
• Develop and manage a central training platform
• Set up and manage the training department
• Prepare technical, backend, and process training drafts
• Lead a 6-month training & quality setup project with timelines

Skills & Experience

• Strong quality, process, and training knowledge
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Experience in automobile/service industry preferred
• Willing to travel if required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
