Quality Analyst – Banking (International Banking Voice Process)

On-paper Quality Analyst experience – mandatory
International Voice Process experience – mandatory

(Core International Banking voice experience is mandatory and credit fraud experience)

Salary: Up to 9 LPA

Roles & Responsibilities:

Monitor and evaluate calls, emails, and transactions

Provide feedback to improve accuracy and customer experience

Track quality scores and publish daily/weekly QA reports Conduct RCA for defects and assist in quality improvement initiatives

Ensure adherence to compliance, policy, and SOPs

Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad
