Quality Analyst

Job Summary

This position supports the organization with clinical data analyst responsibilities.

Responsibilities

This individual's responsibilities include
a) data collection, compilation, analysis, and reporting.
b) managing and using existing systems and building new systems to support the successful execution of the organization's Quality / Performance Improvement plan.
c) works directly with all levels of staff to consult, teach, and support the utilization of data management systems utilizing reporting tools and strategies.
d) will develop, apply, and execute analytical strategies and methodologies for performance improvement projects and support accreditation, regulatory, and compliance activities.

Qualifications

Education:

Required: Associate's or bachelor’s degree in healthcare-related field.

Experience:

Required: 1 year in health related field
