Quality Assurance Analyst | E-commerce( Mandatory UAE 2 Years Experience )Location: Dubai, UAEWe are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Quality Assurance Analyst to join our growing e-commerce team in the UAE. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality performance across web, mobile app, and marketing channels, while continuously improving the customer experience.Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in the e-commerce industry (mandatory) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field Hands-on experience in manual and automated testing Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, testing methodologies, and defect tracking Experience in mobile app testing, website testing, and UI/UX validationPreferred Qualifications: Experience in marketing campaign QA and validation Familiarity with auditing, monitoring, and process improvement Certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or Agile Tester are a plus Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills Immediate joiners preferredKey Responsibilities: Perform end-to-end QA for website, mobile applications, and CRM systems Validate digital campaigns, landing pages, and promotional activities Identify, report, and track defects through resolution Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, IT, Marketing, and Operations Monitor and audit processes to ensure quality standards Contribute to improving customer journey, usability, and overall platform performance⚡ Immediate joiners preferredApply via LinkedIn or share your CV at:careers@ourshopee.com
