Quality Analyst: Back Office

Designation: Quality Analyst
Shift: Night shift fix
Location: Airoli east (No remote, no relocation)
We’re looking for a Quality Analyst to oversee the quality of our back-office data entry operations. If you have leadership experience, a keen eye for detail, and are passionate about ensuring process excellence, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct quality audits on back-office data entry processes to ensure adherence to company standards
Analyze error data, track issues, and implement corrective actions
Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to maintain high quality and productivity
Maintain MIS, track performance metrics, and suggest process improvements

What We Need:

Proven leadership experience and team management
Strong analytical skills and background in quality control
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Proficient in Excel for data analysis, MIS creation, and reporting
Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant certifications are a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
