Job Title: Quality Analyst – BPO

Location: Koramangala, Bangalore
Shift: Day Shift | 5.5 Days Working (Half-day Saturday, Sunday Off)
Experience Required: Minimum 1.5 Years (QA or Customer Service with QA knowledge)
Age Limit: Up to 30 Years

Salary:

• Candidates with Customer Service + QA knowledge → Up to ₹27,000 (Take Home)
• Candidates with QA experience in BPO → Up to ₹32,000 (Take Home)

Requirements:

• Must have own transport & personal laptop (Non-negotiable)
• Language Proficiency (Any one set required):
• English + Marathi + Hindi
• English + Hindi + Telugu
• Strong knowledge/experience in:
• ACPT Analysis
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Call Monitoring & Auditing
• CSAT & DSAT Evaluations
