Quality Analyst (BPO Process)
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
Experience: 1–2 Years
Industry: BPO / ITES
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Analyst with BPO experience. The ideal candidate will ensure call quality, process accuracy, and overall team performance while driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Monitor inbound and outbound calls/chats for quality and compliance.
Evaluate agent performance and identify areas of improvement.
Share constructive feedback and support training needs.
Prepare and maintain quality reports and dashboards.
Conduct regular audits to ensure process accuracy and consistency.
Recommend process enhancements based on observations and data.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience as a Quality Analyst in a BPO setup.
Strong knowledge of QA tools and evaluation methods.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Proficient in MS Excel and reporting.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Immediate joiners preferred.
Salary: As per market standards
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
