>>About the Digital Government Advisory Team

KPMG India’s Digital Government Advisory (DGA) practice helps government bodies modernize public services through technology. It offers strategic consulting, digital architecture, and sector-specific solutions across areas like transport, water, justice, and finance. The team enables large-scale e-Governance, data analytics, and automation to improve efficiency and citizen experience.

>>About the Role:

To support in streamlining business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and ensuring successful delivery of government IT projects through effective stakeholder engagement and technical documentation.

>>Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct business process modeling, requirement gathering, and stakeholder engagement.
• Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), and Detailed Project Reports (DPR).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Create wireframes and UI/UX mockups using Figma or similar tools.
• Draft and review Request for Proposals (RFPs) and other technical documentation.
• Ensure alignment of project deliverables with government standards and compliance requirements.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and government stakeholders.

>>Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong experience in BRD, FRS, DPR, RFP documentation.
• Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience working on government projects is mandatory .
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• BE/B.Tech or MBA or MCA, or M.Tech from a recognized institution.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in documentation tools and business analysis frameworks.
• Familiarity with government procurement processes and e-Governance standards.
