Quality Analyst nd TL ( Hindi, sales team )

We are looking for a Quality Analyst (Sales) to evaluate sales calls and processes, ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards, and help improve conversion rates and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate inbound and outbound sales calls
• Assess sales pitch, product knowledge, probing, objection handling, and closing skills
• Ensure compliance with sales scripts, policies, and regulatory guidelines
• Provide structured feedback and coaching to sales agents
• Identify quality gaps and suggest improvement actions
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports
• Participate in calibration and training sessions

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to manage, motivate, and drive a team of sales executives to achieve targets while maintaining high-quality customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a team of sales executives
• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Monitor performance metrics such as conversion, talk time, and revenue
• Conduct regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews
• Handle escalated sales and customer issues
• Coordinate with QA and training teams to improve performance
• Track attendance, discipline, and team productivity
• Prepare performance reports for management
