Quality Analyst/Project Delivery

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met.
• Define test plans, cases, and execution strategies for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct manual and/or automated testing to identify bugs, usability issues, and performance gaps.
• Collaborate with developers to track, verify, and close defects efficiently.
• Manage client communication, status updates, and project reporting.
• Identify delivery risks, bottlenecks, and propose process improvements.
• Maintain detailed documentation for test results, project milestones, and delivery notes.
• Work closely with the Product and Tech teams to ensure releases meet business and user expectations.
• Drive UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure smooth deployment cycles.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and project management processes.
• Hands-on experience with Jira / Trello / ClickUp / Asana or similar tools.
• Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman (added advantage).
• Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and manage cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Certification in QA, Agile, or Project Management (e.g., ISTQB, Scrum Master) is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
• Exposure to automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, etc.) is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹11,624.47 - ₹42,358.04 per month
