For this Project we are seeking a Quality and Compliance Consultant as part of DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH, Saudi Arabia Branch.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of the existing quality assurance and compliance programs within the rail system and identifying suggested improvements to ensure that operations, services, and facilities meet regulatory standards and customer expectations.
- Develop and implement quality assurance programs to monitor and improve service quality.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and assessments to verify compliance with established standards.
- Collaborate with department heads to address quality and compliance issues.
- Develop and deliver training programs to employees on quality and compliance standards.
- Analyze data and customer feedback to identify areas for quality improvement.
- Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory agencies and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices related to quality and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Project management skills
- Railway O&M background
- Relevant quality management certification
- Min. academic degree: B.Sc. Engineering
- Min. 10 years in in rail industry
- Min. 5 years in leadership position
- Min. 10 years in a similar position
- International experience, preference GCC
