Job Purpose:


Under general supervision, inspects implementation of the Quality System in all departments by monitoring records on a daily basis to ensure compliance with established work procedures.


Key Result Areas:


  • Ensure adherence to Quality System in all departments by conducting daily random checks as assigned and reporting on implementation of activities and usage of forms as per procedures.
  • Report any practices taking place that are not documented in the work procedures.
  • Assist the senior Quality staff in verifying corrective action of NCR as well as looking into solutions for persisting problems.
  • Inspect complete or partial flights, meals, products and processes as and when directed by the senior Quality staff.
  • Represent the senior Quality staff at any time of the 24-hour day as per the roster approved by the Senior Quality Manager.
  • Perform other duties associated with the quality function, as assigned.
  • Report any complaints on his shift to senior Quality staff.
  • Apply the Quality Policy and Quality System established in accordance with ISO 9001: 2015 international standards and execute all responsibilities according to the department work procedures while reflecting EKFC Quality Policy.


Knowledge, Skills & Minimum Experience:


Education Qualification:


  • O or A Level in a relevant discipline or equivalent qualification (must have)


Work Experience:


  • Years of Experience: Minimum 3 years in the Quality Control function in an ISO regulated environment. Should have completed minimum on job training and mandatory training.
