Onsite Quality Coordinator

Job Function:
Acts as local quality representative and provides support for compliance audits.
Maintain the Quality Process / Quality System assigned site.
Serves as a quality resource for the location(s) during internal audits of IFTA and ISO.
Coordinates and responds to customer quality problems and audits.
Maintains customer approvals for the location - supports and implements requirements.
Acts as a facilitator for problem solving, corrective action, and quality initiatives.
Communicates findings to both internal and external customers.
Maintains records and reports on the status of the Quality Process for all departments and/or locations.
Assures that employees receive required quality or other training as assigned.
Provides product technical and product quality control support.
Conduct new hire safety/quality onboarding training
Audit inventory
Processing work orders as customer request
Communicate daily with customer
Enter part number information into software
Create shipments as request by customer
Maintain customary inventory levels.
Required Skills:
General office and warehouse environment, PC use.
