Key Responsibilities

• Testing: Develop, implement, and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts (manual and automated) for software, systems, or products.
• Defect Management: Identify, document, track, and report bugs and issues, ensuring fixes meet requirements.
• Standards Compliance: Verify products meet internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements.
• Process Improvement: Analyze performance, identify root causes of defects, and suggest improvements to quality processes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality integration.
• Documentation: Prepare quality reports, audit findings, and update procedures.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, excellent verbal/written communication.
• Technical (for Tech QA): Familiarity with testing tools, automation frameworks, and software development life cycles (SDLC).
• Experience: Previous experience in QA or a related field, often preferred in the same industry.
• Education: Typically a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, though experience can substitute.

Pay: BD300.000 - BD450.000 per month
