About Position:

We are seeking for QA with hands on expertise in facets, product test, etc.,

What You'll Do:

• Test Planning & Design: Analyze business requirements (BRDs) and design documents to create comprehensive test plans, strategies, scenarios, and detailed test cases.
• Functional Testing: Test core Facets modules like Claims, Membership, Provider Management, Billing, and NetworX Pricing.
• EDI Validation: Test X12 transactions (837, 834, 835, 270/271, 276/277) for data accuracy.
• Data Validation: Write and execute complex SQL queries to verify data integrity in the backend.
• Defect Management: Identify, log, track, and manage defects through their lifecycle using tools like Jira.
• Integration Testing: Test workflows and interfaces between Facets and upstream/downstream systems.
• Regression & UAT: Perform regression testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Expertise You'll Bring:

• A Facets QA Analyst tests the Facets healthcare platform (claims, membership, billing, provider management) by creating/executing test cases, validating EDI transactions (837, 834, etc.),
• Writing SQL for data validation, and tracking defects, focusing on functional, integration, and regression testing for accurate, compliant healthcare processing
