Quality Assurance Analyst I

Pay: 22.50-27.50 DOE

Contract : 1 year contract with extension or conversion potential

First Shift (Mon–Fri, 6:45 AM – 2:45 PM)

Second Shift: Monday - Friday 2:45PM to 10:45PM

• Develop and implement quality assurance protocols for manufacturing and laboratory operations.
• Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct audits, document non-conformities, and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues, maintain accurate QA records, and monitor laboratory testing methods for accuracy and consistency.
• Provide training on QA procedures and stay current with industry standards and regulations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing or laboratory QA preferred. Knowledge of ISO, GMP, or GLP standards, strong analytical and organizational skills, and effective communication abilities.
• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) is a plus.
