Quality Assurance Analyst (QA)-W2

Responsible for ensuring software quality by designing, executing, and managing test processes. Works closely with business and technical teams to identify defects, validate system functionality, and support project delivery.

Experience Required

Minimum 3 years in QA, testing, or systems/business analysis

Mandatory Skills (Must Have)

Strong Knowledge Of

Manual and automated testing

Testing types (functional, integration, regression, performance, security)

Test case design and execution

Defect management and reporting

SQL and database knowledge (Oracle / SQL Server)

Experience With

Test tools (ADO, ServiceNow or similar)

ETL and reporting tools

Basic Unix/Linux knowledge (logs, monitoring)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration

Minimum Skills (Basic Requirements)

Understanding of SDLC and QA processes

Ability to document test cases and results

Basic data analysis skills

Ability to work in team environments
