Job Summary
The Quality Assurance Associate – Fabric is responsible for supporting cushion and pillow production by inspecting incoming fabric for quality, accuracy, and defects. This role is tasked with verifying fabric specifications, documenting findings, and ensuring materials meet established standards before entering production. The position is also responsible for assisting the quality team with inspections, documentation, and process support across the department to help maintain consistent product quality.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and stand, with occasional walking throughout the work area. The employee may occasionally be required to climb stairs, balance, stoop, or kneel while performing inspections. The position requires the ability to lift and or move materials weighing up to 75 pounds on an occasional basis. Visual requirements include close vision, distance vision, the ability to adjust focus, and the ability to distinguish color differences, with or without corrective lenses. Hearing requirements include the ability to hear clearly during in-person interactions and telephone conversations, with or without corrective devices.
