Quality Assurance Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer with a strong background in both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in creating and executing test cases, identifying bugs, and ensuring high-quality deliverables in an Agile environment.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other QA team members to ensure our software products meet the highest quality standards.

• Analyze product requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to define test strategies.
• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual test cases and automated test scripts.
• Build and maintain automation frameworks for UI and API testing (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Postman, RestAssured).
• Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and end-to-end testing.
• Document test results, log defects, and track them to closure using tools like JIRA or similar.
• Contribute to continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for automated testing.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Ensure test coverage and quality metrics are met or exceeded.
• Work closely with developers to perform root cause analysis of issues and verify fixes.
• Suggest improvements in process, tools, and testing approaches.
