Quality Assurance Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance / Quality Control Engineer to join our dynamic team at our HVAC manufacturing facility in Qatar. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in HVAC systems and a deep understanding of international quality standards and audit protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee QA/QC procedures for:
• Ductwork (MS, Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Fire-rated)
• Dampers, Sound Attenuators, VAVs, MVCD, Louvers
• Ensure compliance with international standards including:
• DW/144, SMACNA, NFA
• BS476 Part 24:1987 & EN1366-1:2016
• Conduct internal quality audits and facilitate third-party inspections with agencies such as:
• UL, Warrington, Applus, LPCB, BRE
• Maintain and improve ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 4–5 years of QA/QC experience in the HVAC manufacturing sector
• Strong knowledge of AHRI and ISO standards
• Proven ability to manage audits and ensure regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
